Jeffrey H. Hummel | Financial and Operational Consulting
Jeffrey brings over 25 years of experience as the Business Manager for a local Central Pennsylvania school district, where he has excelled in financial and operational management. Throughout his career, Jeffrey has developed and managed $50-million-dollar budgets, administered program budgeting procedures, and executed cash flow analysis and investment of district funds. He established and supervised a robust accounting and financial reporting system, ensuring transparency and accountability in the district's financial affairs.Jeffrey's oversight extended to critical operational departments, including transportation, buildings and grounds, food service, and purchasing. He is skilled in contract negotiations and has built strong relationships with school board directors, demonstrating excellent communication and strategic thinking.

Prior to his role in the school district, Jeffrey spent eight years as the Assistant Treasurer and Cash Manager for the Northumberland County Treasurer’s Office, further developing his expertise in cash management and financial planning. His dedication to continuous improvement and excellence makes him a valuable asset for strategic financial and operational guidance.
Jeffrey holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics and a Master in Business Administration from Bloomsburg University, equipping him with advanced knowledge and analytical skills essential for effective business management.
Angela J. Hummel | Human Resources and Talent Development Consulting
An experienced Talent Development Leader with a passion for leadership development, Angela has served in both director- and executive-level roles in multiple industries, with nearly 14 years spent in healthcare. With her corporate coaching and consulting business launch, she has expanded her outreach across industries with multiple clients. She enjoys helping individuals and organizations reach their full potential through coordinated learning, development, and change initiatives. She earned her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) in 2014 and is a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) since 2015. She also holds her Registered Corporate Coach (RCC) Certificate through the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches since 2018. Angela is also certified in the DiSC profile, which is a non-judgmental tool used for discussion of people's behavioral differences. In February 2019, she completed Hogan’s Assessment Certification Program, which qualifies professionals to administer their three core personality-based assessments.
Angela holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Secondary Education and a Master of Arts Degree in Communication Studies, both from Bloomsburg University. She also completed a Graduate Certificate in Organization Development and Change with a Consulting Focus from Penn State University in 2018.
